Hope Spring Water is pleased to announce that Watford-based filmmaker, Leonard Oguntade has agreed to record a series of short video of people he comes in contact with in his day-to-day work, talking about the importance of the UN’s recently launched Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and SDG number 6 in particular. Most of Hope Spring’s work centres around Goal 6, water, sanitation and hygiene.
Mr Oguntade, who specialises in making touching social documentaries that reflect aspects of modern relationships, promises to find time in his busy schedule to shoot and edit the videos, which Hope Spring hopes to use as one of the engagement tools to generate discussions and create awareness about water poverty. The videos will also highlight the fact that we can all do our bit to help alleviate the suffering of an estimated 740 million people worldwide, who lack access to safe, clean drinking water.
We look forward to sharing some of the video selfies Mr Oguntade is working on with you. You can find out more about Leonard Oguntade, or contact him to discuss participating in the project via his Linked In page or contact him via his Twitter page.
